Called our office wanting information. Said our JS16 window would fit her 9.5" x 35" opening perfectly.
I tried to explain that the JS16 bevel set itself is 9" x 35", and that she then had to allow for the background glass, a border, and our metal frame. She did not understand. I told her that our HELP page has a paragraph with an illustration that explains the components of a leaded glass WINDOW. She is not in front of her computer right now. And why is there not a place on our site that tells her which windows fit her space and how much they cost. I started to explain, but she said, "It looks like you are not going to be of much help" and hung up.
Our FAQs page explains what a bevel set is, addresses pricing, and most any other question you can think to ask. This is the perfect candidate for a company that has a catalog of a few windows of exact sizes so she does not have to tax her brain. Even then, the pricing is rarely published and good luck finding something she likes in her exact size.
